Rachel Smith is the Executive Director of Health & Safety at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. Rachel has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, including previous positions as an assistant manager at Curves and a co-lead of Curves weight management groups. In their current role, Rachel is responsible for overseeing the health and safety of all Boys & Girls Clubs of King County locations. Rachel has been instrumental in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures that have helped to make the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County a safe and healthy environment for all members.

Rachel Smith has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, Human Development, Psychology, and Sociology from Washington State University. Rachel is also certified as a Tier One Training Facilitator from the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, as well as a CYPQ Reliable External Assessor-School Age Endorsement and CYPQ Reliable External Assessor-Youth Endorsement from the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality.
