Marc Cornish is an experienced security professional with a background in life safety and security coordination. Currently serving as the Life Safety and Security Coordinator at Boys & Girls Village since May 2020, Marc previously held roles including Security Professional at Allied Universal and Life Safety Officer at Boys & Girls Village. Prior experience includes positions as a Security Officer at SSC, Inc. and St. Vincent's Health Services, along with a significant tenure as a Judicial Marshal Sergeant for the State of Connecticut, providing courthouse security. Early experience includes armed guarding with Dunbar Armored, as well as customer service roles at Stop & Shop and Staples. Marc possesses multiple certifications, including Pepper Spray, CPR, AED, and First Aid.

Founded in 1942, Boys & Girls Village serves children and families in at-risk situations by strengthening their ability to succeed in life. Through its four-pronged approach of behavioral health services, education and transitional training, permanency planning, and juvenile justice programs, BGV cares for the “whole child” to allow the youth’s development to progress in a positive direction.
