Molly Groebe

Molly Groebe is the Senior Director, Resource Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City. Molly has dedicated their career to working in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on fundraising and operations.

Groebe began their career with Heartland Habitat for Humanity, where they served as the Director of Annual and Leadership Giving from November 2014 to May 2016. In this role, they were responsible for increasing giving through direct mail, special events, and corporate and foundation relations. Molly also planned and implemented the organization's signature fundraising event, which raised more than $32,000 in its inaugural year.

In May 2016, Groebe joined REbeL, Inc. as the Director of Development and Operations. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the organization's rebranding campaign and increased its social media presence by utilizing multiple platforms. Molly also managed a portfolio of 2400 donors in major and annual giving groups, identified best practices for growth, and oversaw the organization's finances. From REbeL, Inc., Groebe joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City in their current role as Director of Philanthropy.

Molly Groebe attended Avila University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Molly also attended Notre Dame High School and St. Thomas Aquinas.
