Erik Wilhelm is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth care and behavioral health. Currently serving as a Youth Care Counselor at Boys & Girls Aid since October 2021, Erik has previously worked as a Caregiver at Laurel Parc at Bethany Village and as a Behavioral Health Technician at The Recovery Village. Erik's background includes roles focused on youth safety, life skills development, and office administration at J Bar J Youth Services. Additionally, Erik has experience in various support roles, such as Choral Librarian at Lewis & Clark College and a Volunteer Student Tutor at Bend Senior High School. Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and an Honors Diploma from Bend Senior High School.

Boys & Girls Aid strives to find lifelong connections for children who face abuse and neglect. Founded in 1885, we continue to help Oregon’s children find permanent homes through adoption, while providing temporary shelter for children in transition.
