Michele Vespi

Michele Vespi is an experienced Chief People Officer with a diverse background in talent acquisition and organizational leadership. Currently serving at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula since May 2023, Michele has also held roles as an Executive Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant since November 2022. Previously, Michele was the Global Chief People Officer and Global Chief Operating Officer at Beautiful Destinations from September 2019 to November 2022, overseeing a leading travel and lifestyle content studio. Prior experience includes senior roles at WeWork as Head of People & Operations for WeGrow and Senior Director of New Business Ventures, and Chief People Officer at Success Academy Charter Schools, a non-profit organization serving schools in New York. Michele's career began at Jefferies & Company, where a Vice President role in Human Resources was held for over a decade.
