Yaritza Santos

Yaritza Santos is an experienced professional at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, currently serving as Associate Site Director, with previous roles including Youth Program Leader, Program Operations Manager, and Office Clerk since July 2020. Responsibilities have included maintaining office organization, upholding values and policies during interactions with families and students, and collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals. Yaritza has also co-led a Community Learning Hub, adapted to the needs of summer programs, and implemented systems for accountability within the academic department. Previous experience includes a Development Intern role and participation in the Boys & Girls Club Summer Apprenticeship Program at LinkedIn. Yaritza graduated from Sequoia High School in 2020 with a High School Diploma.
