Anne Marie Hand

Anne Marie Hand, MPH, serves as the Director of Organizational Development for the Pacific Region at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since January 2023. As the Founder and Principal of Hand Consulting since September 2022, Anne Marie provides strategic consulting services to nonprofit organizations across the United States and the greater Los Angeles area. Previously, Anne Marie was the Executive Director for North America at Optometry Giving Sight, where leadership and strategic direction were provided to meet operational benchmarks in the US and Canada. From July 2011 to May 2020, Anne Marie held the position of Vice President & Director of Program & Community Engagement at Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, overseeing extensive programs for over 48,000 girls. Earlier in the career, Anne Marie served as Deputy Director for the Southwest Region at Helen Keller International, managing ChildSight programs across multiple states. Educational background includes a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
