Carol Wagner (RETIRED)

Carol Wagner has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, with a career spanning over three decades. Beginning at Rolls-Royce Inc. from 1989 to 1996 as a Human Resources Representative, Carol progressed to a Senior Staffing Representative role at J. M. Huber Corporation from 1996 to 1999. Since 2000, Carol has been with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, serving initially as a Recruitment Manager and advancing to Senior Recruitment Manager, demonstrating a commitment to talent acquisition and organizational development throughout the career. Currently, Carol is retired.
