Charles Sutton

Charles Sutton has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Charles started their career at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland in 1993 as a Unit Director. Charles then served as the Operations Director from 1998 to 2005 and was later promoted to the position of Chief Professional Officer (CPO), a role they held from 2005 to 2015. In 2015, they joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Ocoee Region as a Gift Officer and eventually became the Director of Philanthropic Planning in March 2017. After retiring in 2018, they had a brief period of work until June 2021.

Charles Sutton attended Lee University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Social Science. During their time at Lee University, Charles studied a variety of subjects such as Psychology, Sociology, History, and Religion.
