Douglas Hallan

Douglas Hallan is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and IT leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and CIO at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since March 2025, Douglas previously held the position of VP of Corporate Systems at Safe-Guard Products International from April 2021 to February 2025, where the focus was on data management and financial systems. A long tenure at Ernst & Young from December 2002 to April 2021 included roles such as Director of Technology and Strategy, where Douglas led the implementation of a global ERP solution as part of the firm's Vision 2020 objectives.
