Dr. Roslind Blasingame-Buford

Dr. Roslind Blasingame-Buford currently serves as the Director of Government Relations (SW) and Director of Organizational Development (Southwest) at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since February 2020. Previously, Dr. Blasingame-Buford was the CEO/Head Coach at GPS: GameChangers Professional Services and Vice President of Thriving Families at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. With a strong focus on youth development, Dr. Blasingame-Buford held leadership positions including President & CEO of LINK Unlimited Scholars and Executive Director of BUILD, Inc., where efforts were directed towards engaging at-risk youth. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Adult Education from National Louis University, a Master’s Degree in Human Services Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Chicago State University. Dr. Blasingame-Buford is dedicated to fostering growth and development in youth and communities through strategic leadership and innovative program development.
