Elizabeth Fowlkes

SVP, Strategy at Boys & Girls Clubs of America

Elizabeth Fowlkes serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy. She is responsible for leading Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s program strategy and design, as well as the development of a Club Impact/Program Model that reflects our collective learning and experience about how Clubs provide extraordinary opportunities for our members to succeed. In her previous role, as Senior Vice President of Planning & Measurement, she played a key role in the development of the Great Futures 2025 Strategic Direction. Elizabeth also led the design and development of BGCA’s National Youth Outcomes Initiative, an unparalleled system built to measure the impact of Boys & Girls Clubs.

Before joining BGCA, Elizabeth managed the design and development of analytical data platforms for nonprofit and foundation clients at Standard & Poor’s. Elizabeth began her career developing and leading youth programs and community and school partnerships focused on arts education.

Elizabeth is an alumna of the Institute for Educational Leadership’s Education Policy Fellowship Program. She previously served on the advisory board for Neighborhood Nexus, a comprehensive information resource that empowers community leaders to enhance the quality-of-life in the Atlanta region.
