Kristen Geoffroy

Kristen Geoffroy (Ricca) serves as the Senior Vice President and Enterprise Payments Strategy Director at Truist, focusing on strategy development for the bank's Wholesale Payments business and enhancing client experiences through collaboration across various departments. Previously, Kristen held the position of Vice President and Head of Strategy for North America at Currencycloud, where efforts were directed towards growth in cross-border money movement capabilities following the company's acquisition by Visa. Kristen's earlier experience includes significant roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where advancement occurred from Senior Consultant to Associate within the Strategic Innovation Group, along with previous positions at ITility, LLC, and Atalaya Capital Management. Academically, Kristen holds a Master’s Degree in Politics & International Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies & Theatre from James Madison University.
