Giana Gease

Giana Gease has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Giana started their career as a Community Manager at the American Cancer Society, where they successfully managed and implemented Relay For Life events in multiple counties. Giana then moved on to MRM Resources, where they worked as a Client Relationship Manager, responsible for developing new projects and establishing successful relationships with stakeholders. Giana later returned to the American Cancer Society as a Relay For Life College Events Manager, focused on increasing the income level of college events and starting new events at various universities. Giana then joined the March of Dimes as a Senior Community Director, responsible for fundraising activities and managing a volunteer base. Giana also worked at For Momentum LLC, where they held multiple roles, including Account Executive and Account Director, actively participating in client relationships and identifying partnership opportunities. Currently, Giana is the Director of Development, Special Events - Southeast Region at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a role in which they are responsible for organizing and overseeing special events. Throughout their career, Giana has consistently demonstrated their ability to meet revenue goals, build relationships, and deliver results for the organizations they have worked for.
