Joe Ethier

Joe Ethier is an experienced leader in youth development organizations, currently serving as the Director of Executive Leadership Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since June 2011. In this role, Joe Ethier designs and implements executive training programs aimed at enhancing the leadership capacity of senior executives within the organization. Previous positions held include Director of Organizational Development for the Southeast Region at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where Joe Ethier supported the growth of autonomous organizations across several states. Prior to that, Joe Ethier was the Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier, leading multiple sites and stabilizing the organization’s budget, and served as Chief Professional Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Mitchell County. Joe Ethier began a career in youth development as the Director of Operations for the Boys & Girls Club of Valdosta from 1991 to 2004. Joe Ethier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Valdosta State University.
