Kelly Crowe

Kelly Crowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in grant management and program development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Federal Grants Impact and Performance at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since February 2022, Kelly has previously held roles including Director of Federal Grants Impact and Performance. Prior experience includes working as an Independent Consultant at KCrowe Consulting and as Project Director at FirstPic, Inc. Moreover, Kelly has contributed to Lwala Community Alliance as Deputy Program Director, served as Field Coordinator at Americans United for Change, and worked as Assistant to Senator Boxer in the United States Senate. Kelly holds a Master of Education in International Education Policy and Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from UC San Diego.
