Keri Gill Mba

Keri Gill has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Keri is currently working as the Director of HR Operations & HRIS at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Shyft Group from September 2020 to October 2021. From September 2015 to May 2020, Keri worked as a Training and Development Manager at Interra Credit Union. Before that, they were the HR & AP Manager at Cavco Industries, Inc. from May 2012 to September 2015. Keri's early career included a role as a Restaurant General Manager at McDonald's Corporation from March 2007 to May 2012.

Keri Gill holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Bethel University. Keri also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Grace College & Seminary and an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting from Ivy Tech Community College. Keri has obtained additional certifications including a Professional Certificate in Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, which they received in August 2019. Keri is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained from SHRM in July 2019.
