Kristen Butts

Kristen Butts has extensive work experience in various administrative and coordination roles. Kristen started their career in 1999 at WebMD, where they served as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Director of Health Affairs and relationship managers. Kristen was responsible for planning and coordinating meetings, managing itineraries, and overseeing the department budget and PTO. Kristen then transitioned into a Sales Coordinator role, supporting the Vice Presidents of Sales and 200 field sales representatives. In this role, they managed calendars, answered phones, and organized sales training classes.

In 2001, Kristen joined the Spherion Agency - Coca-Cola Bottling Company as a Senior Administrative Assistant, supporting the marketing team. Kristen worked closely with the Director of Marketing and project coordinators, assisting with budgeting, creating and editing presentations and proposals.

In 2002, Kristen moved to Coca-Cola North America as a Senior Administrative Assistant. Kristen was a member of the National Distribution administrative team and provided support to the Director and distributor account executives. Their responsibilities included managing the Director's calendar, answering phone calls, and arranging travel accommodations.

For over a decade, from 2002 to 2013, Kristen worked at Coca-Cola Refreshments as a Logistics Coordinator. Kristen was part of the National Distribution programs team and provided daily support to distribution, internal, and external business customers. Their tasks involved maintaining accurate distributor information in company systems, supporting Vice Presidents and Sales Executives, and updating SAP and department databases.

Kristen's most recent position is with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they started in 2013 as an Account Relationship Coordinator. Kristen then progressed to the role of Corporate Partnerships Specialist and is currently working as a Senior Specialist in Corporate Partnerships.
