Kai Richardson, MSSA has a diverse work experience history. Kai Richardson, MSSA, has an extensive educational background in the field of education administration and policy. From 2018 to 2025, Kai attended the UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree specializing in Education Administration & Policy. Prior to this, Kai obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at CWRU. Their focus during their MSW studies was on direct practice, specifically working with children, youth, and families. Before entering graduate school, Kai earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Fisk University in 2011. Alongside their formal education, Kai has also obtained additional certifications in project management and change management from LinkedIn and Prosci, respectively.
