Nicole McCloskey

Nicole McCloskey has a diverse work experience in marketing, communications, and public relations. Nicole started their career in 2004 as an Account Executive at Akhia, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Fahlgren Mortine Public Relations as an Account Director, and they remained there until 2010.

From 2010 onwards, McCloskey has been working at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Nicole started as the Director of Public Relations and held this position until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Lead Director of Public Relations & Marketing. Then, they became the Senior Director of Brand Marketing & Partnerships from 2014 to 2016.

From 2017 to 2020, McCloskey held the role of Senior Director of Marketing & Communications — Digital, Partnerships, Strategy + Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Nicole was then promoted to the position of Vice President of Marketing & Communications with the same responsibilities, starting in January 2020.

Nicole McCloskey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Kent State University. In order to augment their educational background and develop their leadership skills, they pursued executive education programs at renowned institutions. In 2012, they completed the Leadership & Judgement program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Four years later, in 2016, they also attended the Organizational Leadership program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
