Pam West has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Pam started their career as the Director of Compensation at Maison Blanche in 1990. Pam then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources and Compensation at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in 1992. In 1995, they joined the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Friedman's, Inc. as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Pam then joined Ryan, Inc. as the Senior Director of Human Resources Administration from 2008 to 2009. Pam later worked at Concentra as the Senior Director of Human Resources Administration from 2009 to 2011. Pam then took on the role of Vice President of Total Rewards at Aflac from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their current role, Pam worked as a Senior Managing Consultant at Berkeley Research Group LLC from 2012 to 2013.
