Polina Aleshina has a diverse range of work experience. Polina is currently serving as the Director of Research and Evaluation at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Relationship Analyst at NCR Corporation from October 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Governor's Office of Student Achievement, including Senior Policy and Research Analyst, Research and Policy Analyst, and Research and Evaluation Intern, between May 2017 and October 2019. Polina also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2016 to May 2018. Polina gained research experience as a Migration Research Intern at UNU-MERIT from May 2015 to August 2015 and as a Research Intern at World Class Scholars from January 2015 to May 2015. Additionally, Polina has previously worked as a Resident Assistant at College of Charleston Residence Life from August 2014 to May 2015 and as a Sales Associate at Mims Fine Jewelry from August 2011 to January 2014.

Polina Aleshina completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology and their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the College of Charleston Honors College. Polina attended this institution from 2013 to 2016.

Later, Polina pursued a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2016 and 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Polina also obtained a certification as a Customer Experience Expert from Qualtrics in July 2020.
