Shanta Harrington

Shanta Harrington is a seasoned professional in education and youth engagement with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a Club Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since September 2022, Shanta previously worked as an Instructor at the Center for Talent Development and as a Senior Facilitator Fellow and Consultant at Roger Williams University. Experience includes roles such as Special Education Teaching Assistant at Chicago Public Schools and Youth and Community Engagement Officer at SocialWorks. Shanta has also held positions focused on youth leadership development and educational research, including contributions at the Harvard Innovation Labs and the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research.
