Kristle Duran has a diverse work experience. Kristle started their career at Canaday Group, RE/MAX Fine Homes in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant and Licensed CA Realtor. Kristle then joined Robin Milonakis Group Windermere Real Estate as a Broker Associate in 2009. In 2013, Kristle joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where they supported the CEO's day-to-day functions and performed regular administrative duties. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they facilitated and managed organizational projects, championed new fundraising strategies, and oversaw large fundraising events. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operations Officer, responsible for managing Board communications, overseeing the hiring process, and leading strategic initiatives.
Kristle Duran completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Chapman University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Literary Journalism from UC Irvine. In addition to their formal education, Duran obtained a certification as a Certified Praesidium Guardian from Praesidium, Inc. in May 2023.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast (BGC Central OC) serves nearly 10,000 youth in the cities of Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Orange, and Santa Ana.
