Alexa Beal

Alexa Beal is currently the Director of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Virginia. Before that, Alexa held the position of Director of People at OpenSource Connections. With a background in HR, Alexa previously worked as an HR Generalist at The LYCRA Company and Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital. Alexa also has experience as a concierge at Alice Peck Day Health Systems, Corp. Alexa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership from New England College and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music from Plymouth State University. Alexa graduated from Lebanon High School in 2007.
