Taylor Jackson has a diverse work experience in the education and career development field. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Extension, Continuing Education, Outreach & E-Learning. They then joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County and held various roles, including TOPS College Success Coach from 2016 to 2018, TOPS Manager of Mentoring & Career Development from 2018 to 2020, Interim Development Team Member from 2020 to 2020, Director of Career & Leadership Development from 2020 to 2021, and currently as the Vice President of Education since July 2021. In their positions, they focused on providing educational and career opportunities for students, organizing internships, career exploration events, and workshops, and supporting high school students through mentorship programs.

Taylor Jackson attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International/Global Studies. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, Taylor pursued further education at Arizona State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County

BGCDC is a non-profit youth development organization in Dane County, Wisconsin, that serves over 7,750 adolescents in eleven venues, including eight school-based sites and three classic club sites. Through exceptional programming in five major areas character & leadership development, education & career development, health & lifeskills, the arts, and sports, fitness & recreation, The clubs inspire kids to dream and teach them the skills to achieve when they're most impressionable.
