Michael Crompton

Michael Crompton is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and healthcare finance. Since September 2014, Michael has held various positions at The Cigna Group, progressing from Accounting Director to Commercial HealthCare Chief Accounting Officer, while also serving as Accounting Senior Director and in Mergers and Acquisitions Accounting. In addition to roles at The Cigna Group, Michael has been a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford since January 2023. Prior to joining The Cigna Group, Michael worked at KPMG Audit as a Senior Manager from July 2003 to September 2014. Michael holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western New England University.
