Tasha El-Amin is a dedicated community engagement professional with extensive experience in youth and family services. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator at BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF METRO RICHMOND, Tasha actively engages teens by collaborating with community stakeholders to enhance their weekly experiences. As the Founder of WE Unite, LLC, Tasha authored and self-published a children's book aimed at inspiring individuals to find strength in their challenges. Previous roles include Site Coordinator at Communities In Schools of Richmond, Developmental Disabilities Support Coordinator at Richmond Behavioral Health Authority, and various positions focusing on family and youth support services. Tasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and brings a wealth of knowledge in case management, community partnerships, and educational programming.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond is the premier youth development organization in the Richmond and Petersburg area.
