Paola Jaramillo Guayara, CDP, serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator for Johnson County Iowa since March 2022, while also working as a Certified Personal Trainer for University of Iowa Recreation Services since June 2018. Previously, Jaramillo Guayara was the Programs & Communications Coordinator at Coralville Community Food Pantry from October 2018 to April 2022 and a Research Assistant at The University of Iowa from January 2016 to April 2022. Jaramillo Guayara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Iowa, expected in May 2024, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Physiology and Dance from the same institution in 2015.
