Blair Evans

NextGen Council Member at Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco

Blair Evans is currently a member of the NextGen Council at the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco. Prior to that, they were an MBA Summer Intern at the Starwood Capital Group from June to August 2020, where they worked in Development. Blair was also an MBA Spring Intern at Bridge Partners Real Estate from February to April 2020, where they worked in Acquisitions.

From January 2017 to June 2019, Blair Evans worked as a Senior Analyst for Global Real Estate Strategy and Data Analytics at Gap Inc. In this role, they provided strategic quantitative and qualitative analysis across Gap Inc.’s brands to maximize sales through domestic and international growth and optimization of existing stores. Blair also analyzed competitors and overall industry performance, and presented findings to senior leadership for integration into corporate-level and brand-level real estate strategies. In addition, Blair Evans was a member of Gap Inc.’s Women in Leadership (WIL) Community Committee, where they organized and led a three-week summer internship for six high school girls from Girls Inc. to encourage women in the workforce and effective leadership development.

Before working at Gap Inc., Blair Evans was an Experienced Associate for Financial Services & Real Estate Core Assurance at PwC from August 2014 to December 2016.

Blair Evans has a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Blair also has a High School diploma from Santa Catalina School. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara. Blair is also certified by ARGUS Software Solutions as an ARGUS Enterprise Certified Professional and by the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
