Jennifer Kiss is a Board of Governors Member at Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco. Jennifer previously worked as a Philanthropic Strategist and Partner at Platypus Advisors from October 2019 to March 2022. Jennifer also worked as the Vice President - Programs and Director - Tenderloin Health Improvement Partnership at Saint Francis Foundation, San Francisco from March 2013 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for accelerating the transformation of San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood through strategic philanthropy and tactical interventions to improve the health, safety and well-being of Tenderloin residents. Jennifer launched and led the Tenderloin Health Improvement Partnership (TLHIP), a multi-sector collective impact initiative working to address both the social determinants that impact the overall health of the people who live and work in the Tenderloin and the underlying health disparities and inequities that perpetuate the status quo. Jennifer engaged a broad spectrum of public, private and not‑for‑profit stakeholders in scaling collaborative initiatives through five pathways to better health – active, vibrant, safe and clean shared spaces, behavioral and mental health, resident health, economic opportunity and workforce development, and housing access.

Jennifer Kiss has a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Law and Economic Theirtory from the University of Melbourne. Jennifer also has certification from Northern California Grantmakers in the Funder Community of Practice, as well as certification from Collective Impact Forum and Women's Funding Network.
