Kay Weber began their career in 1986 at their own art studio, where they worked as a Fine Artist. In 1999, they joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco as an Art Director. In 2000, they became a part of the Board of Directors at ArtSpan and remained in this role until 2010.
Kay Weber completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Hamburg from 1977 to 1986, majoring in Education and earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree. During the same period, they also attended the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Hamburg, where they pursued a degree in Fine Arts and obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree.
