Kimberly Reaves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in youth development and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Interim President & CEO at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain since May 2021, Kimberly has held multiple roles including VP of Program Initiatives. With a background as a Youth Development Consultant for Options4Kids since August 2009, Kimberly specializes in positive youth development and program quality assessment. Notable achievements include being a National Training Consultant for Boys & Girls Clubs of America and facilitating various training programs related to youth development and emotional intelligence. Kimberly's previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley and Director of Programs at Greening Youth Foundation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from NC A & T State University and a Master's Degree in Behavioral Science - Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
