Freddy Williams

Freddy Williams, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership positions within the nonprofit sector. Freddy is currently serving as the President & CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast, where they oversee a combined annual operating budget of $22M+ and provides afterschool services and specialty programs to thousands of youth. Prior to this role, Freddy held the position of President & CEO at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast, where they achieved significant growth in revenue, net assets, annual operating budget, and youth served. Freddy has also served as a Member of the Board of Governors for the Pinellas Community Foundation and the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, they are a National Council Member/Contributor for the Forbes Nonprofit Council. Freddy's earlier experience includes roles as the Chief Executive Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lake and Sumter Counties, a Field Consultant at the Office of Management and Budget, and an Area Director-Operations Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida - Alachua. Furthermore, they have worked as a Program Consultant for United Way, where they contributed to the development of a toolkit aimed at promoting family engagement for high school success. Prior to their work in the nonprofit sector, Freddy served as a Political Consultant.

Freddy Williams, MBA has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Mass Communications Studies from the University of Florida. Freddy also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Florida International University - College of Business. In 2016, they attended an Executive Education program at Harvard University. Freddy further pursued Executive Leadership education at Indiana University Indianapolis and Arizona State University, specializing in The Fundraising School and Lodestar Center for Nonprofit Innovation and Philanthropy, respectively. Freddy also obtained additional certifications in Performance Measurement for Effective Management of Nonprofit Organizations from Harvard Business School Executive Education and Strategic Agility and Inclusive Leadership from Harvard Business School.
