Bruce Crabtree

Bruce Crabtree has extensive experience in program management and compliance within the nonprofit and public sectors, particularly focused on youth services. Currently serving as the Director of Program Compliance at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley since August 2007, Bruce has successfully managed grant operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and reporting guidelines. Previous roles include Development Assistant and Director of Programming at Boys & Girls Clubs, where Bruce facilitated critical projects and organizational transitions. Bruce's career also includes a significant tenure at the Tennessee Department of Human Services in various capacities, including Field Supervisor and Licensing Counselor, where responsibilities encompassed staff supervision and regulatory compliance. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Special Education from the University of Tennessee.
