Claire E. Mitchell

Claire E. Mitchell serves as the Managing Director of Client Engagement and Growth at Bozeman Media Design since October 2024. Previously, Claire held the position of Director of Business Development at CCA | Creative Communication Associates, where responsibilities included fostering strategic partnerships within the higher education sector. Claire's experience also encompasses a managerial role in the Education Solutions Group at MGT, overseeing strategic planning for diverse higher education institutions. Prior roles at the University of Virginia included Senior Research Scientist and Project Manager, where Claire directed federally grant-funded projects, and Postdoctoral Research Associate, conducting mixed-method research in K-12 education. As Co-Founder and CEO of tread HAPPY, Claire established a successful fitness enterprise. Claire's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Virginia and multiple graduate degrees.
