Amanda Galuski has extensive experience in management and training, currently serving as Executive Concierge at Bozzuto since December 2020, where leadership and team motivation are prioritized. Previously, Amanda spent over 23 years at Modell's Sporting Goods, holding various management roles including Senior Manager of Learning & Development, where training delivery focused on technical and personal development for diverse audiences, and Training Manager / HR, leading the implementation of a learning management system that improved customer satisfaction and sales. Additional roles include Regional Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Regional Merchandising Manager, Store Opening Team, and Department Manager, showcasing a comprehensive background in employee training, development, and operational management.
