Chad Cooley

Chad Cooley joined Bozzuto Management Company in 1997. He has served in a range of leadership roles throughout the company, including positions in property management, information systems and asset management. In his current role, he oversees Bozzuto’s internal support teams that provide owners and operations teams with expertise in sustainability, business intelligence, compliance, auditing and maintenance and technical services. Chad and these team members work closely with owners and their representatives to ensure the strategic goals and operational requirements for their properties are achieved and asset values are maximized.

During his time working in asset management, Chad focused on the refinancing of assets, acquisitions and dispositions of assets and strategic planning for increasing portfolio value. This in-depth property experience has provided him with a unique insight into the importance of providing operations teams with strategic tools that allow properties to operate effectively and efficiently.
