Lorin Atkins

Lorin Atkins is an experienced professional in real estate and property management, currently serving as a Regional Associate at Bozzuto since November 2015, where expertise lies in managing a diverse portfolio of assets in the Atlanta Metro market, specializing in lease-up, take-over, value-add, and stabilized assets. Previously, Lorin held the position of General Manager, leading teams to develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize Net Operating Income, and served as a Property Manager at Kettler, Inc. from December 2005 to October 2010, where responsibilities included similar strategic initiatives. Lorin holds a degree in Real Estate Property Management from Virginia Tech, earned between 2002 and 2006.
