Michelle Richman Meisels

Michelle Richman Meisels is a seasoned Senior Talent Advisor with extensive experience in campus recruiting and early talent management at Bozzuto since February 2012. With a strong emphasis on diversity, Michelle oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, and onboarding processes for interns and new graduates. Prior to Bozzuto, Michelle worked as a Recruiter at Laureate Education, where responsibilities included developing recruitment marketing strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to build talent pipelines. Michelle holds a B.S. in Psychology from Bethany College, an M.A. in Special Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA in Human Resources from Walden University.
