Aldinal Rachman

Aldinal Rachman possesses extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving in project control roles at bp since November 2014, where responsibilities include leading carbon capture project control activities and managing a portfolio of projects worth $83 million. Aldinal has demonstrated notable success in implementing Agile methodologies, significantly improving team cycle times, and achieving procurement targets ahead of schedule. As a project lead, Aldinal increased revenue by $25 million and coordinated over 10 projects, while earlier roles included mentoring startups at Institut Teknologi Bandung, co-founding a renewable crowdfunding startup named Tyde, and various engineering positions at Weatherford, Chevron, and educational institutions. Aldinal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Imperial College London.
