Alexandra Andreeva

Alexandra Andreeva is a legal counsel specializing in complex asset management support in Russia, with expertise in ITR and ABC compliance, as well as corporate and contractual law. With nearly 15 years of experience in international settings, Alexandra has guided foreign investments across various industries, including metallurgy and oil and gas. Currently, Alexandra works at bp, providing legal advice for upstream projects and corporate governance, while also maintaining a private practice focused on corporate governance and HR matters. Previously, Alexandra held senior roles, including Chief Legal Counsel at MOL and Head of the Legal Department at CARBOGRAPHITE HOLDINGS LIMITED. Alexandra earned her degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University and has pursued additional studies in mediation and law.
