Barbara Zbik

Barbara Zbik is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic management, marketing, and digital product development. Currently serving as a Global Senior Strategy Manager in Aviation at bp, Barbara has held various senior roles within the company since February 2019, including Global Fleet Product and Offer Portfolio Senior Manager and Global Senior Digital Product Manager. Prior to bp, Barbara co-created and advised at Remote-how and served as Chief Marketing Officer at indaHash, a leading influencer marketing platform. Barbara’s experience also includes leadership positions at PayU, where roles encompassed Head of Customer Success and Head of Marketing for EMEA and CEE, and co-founding Mobility First Sp. z o.o.
