Camilla Castro

Camilla Castro currently serves as the Global Head of Enterprise Agility at bp since June 2022 and is a Board Trustee at Latin American Women's Aid. Previously, Camilla was a Board Trustee for INCLUSIVE MULTI ACADEMY TRUST and founded CKC Consulting Limited, providing digital transformation and customer-centric solutions from August 2020 to June 2022. Camilla's experience at Shell from 2012 to 2019 included roles as Global Head Services & Digital Lead for B2B Lubricants, where leadership encompassed a cross-functional team, as well as various marketing and management positions. Prior experience includes significant roles at AIG spanning from 2004 to 2010, and internships at MediaCom and GlaxoSmithKline. Camilla holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tufts University.
