Fuad Jafarli

Fuad Jafarli has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the TAR Planning Discipline Lead for bp since October 2004. In this role, Fuad Jafarli oversees the collection, justification, optimization, and finalization of turnaround scopes across three regions: AGT (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey), AsPac (Asia Pacific), and Oman. Previous positions include TAR Scope Optimization Lead, TAR Team Leader managing offshore and onshore events in the AGT region, and R&M Maintenance Specialist responsible for major equipment management in Azerbaijan and Georgia. Fuad Jafarli also led a multidisciplinary maintenance team to ensure operational reliability. From March 1996 to October 2004, Fuad Jafarli worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Mechanical Engineer and Environmental Coordinator, focusing on the installation and maintenance of various equipment. Fuad Jafarli holds a postgraduate degree from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and has an earlier education from Azerbaijan Technological University.
