Gina Gonzalez

Gina Gonzalez is a Senior Geoscientist with extensive experience in well delivery and project management within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Geologist for bp in the Gulf of Mexico, they previously led a multidisciplinary team at Shell to successfully execute a significant deepwater well project in Suriname. With a strong educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Petroleum Geology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Texas Tech University, Gina has consistently focused on optimizing operational processes and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout their career. Prior roles include managing subsurface development in the Permian Basin and interpreting seismic data for subsalt prospects.
