Holly Trantas (nee McDonald) is currently the Head of Front End Project Delivery at BP, where they influence project execution strategies and support third-party activities in Global Concept Development. Holly joined BP in 2009 after working as a Contracts Engineer at Petrofac Facilities Management Limited and has since taken on various roles, including GCD Director and Subsurface Team Leader for the Eastern Hemisphere. They hold an MBA in Supply Chain from Arizona State University and a Law and Management degree from Robert Gordon University.
