Julie Hickton

Julie Hickton is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in retail and logistics. Currently serving as HR Manager for UK Retail Convenience at BP since April 2018, Julie previously held the role of Interim HR Consultant at Ocado for a brief period in early 2018. Julie's earlier experience includes positions at Tesco, where responsibilities included serving as People Business Partner and Head of People for Fulfilment Centres from 2011 to 2017, as well as a role as People Programme Manager from 2008 to 2011. Julie's academic foundation includes A Levels in History, Sociology, and Law from Waltham Forest College, completed between 1983 and 1985.
