Karen Klimkiewicz

Karen Klimkiewicz brings extensive experience in executive support and administrative coordination, currently serving as a Personal Assistant to the Group Head of Engineering and VP of Refining, Technology & Engineering at BP since November 2006. With a career starting in 1993 at BP, Klimkiewicz has held various roles, including Senior Administrative Assistant in multiple divisions, where responsibilities included managing office transitions, coordinating large-scale events, and developing HR resources.
