Karen Troup

Karen Troup currently serves as the Interim VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at bp, where responsibilities include leading the external brand and talent management team. With extensive experience at bp since June 2010, previous roles include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, Senior Manager for Leadership Development, and Capability Manager for both the bp Shipping and Leadership Academy functions. Achievements encompass the development and implementation of global leadership programs, coaching strategies, and diversity initiatives. Prior to bp, Karen held positions at KPMG Advisory as a Learning and Development Manager and at Linklaters as an L&D Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Personnel and Development and a Bachelor's degree in French and Italian with Social Studies from the University of Exeter.
